🚚 New Couch Delivery

Once your order is placed, your couch is typically ready for delivery within 5 business days, depending on delivery schedules in your area.

Delivery fees are displayed on the product page and again at checkout, so you’ll always know the full cost upfront.

Delivery options include:

  • Driveway Delivery (Boxed)
    Your couch is delivered boxed and placed in your driveway or at the front of the property. No unpacking, carrying inside, or packaging removal is included.
  • Driveway Delivery (Unboxed)
    Your couch is delivered unboxed and placed in your driveway or at the front of the property. No carrying inside or setup is included.
  • White Glove Delivery
    Our premium service includes delivery into your home, unboxed and placement in your chosen room and basic setup.

🚚 Pre-Loved Couch Delivery

Delivery Timeframe

  • Brisbane: Delivery within 5 business days.
  • Sunshine Coast: Delivery within 5 business days.

Our Delivery Process

  • After your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm the delivery date.
  • Our team will coordinate a delivery time that works for you.
  • Couches are delivered to ground-floor locations only unless customers purchase white glove service.

Delivery Range & Fees

✅ Free driveway delivery within Brisbane/Brisbane North
✅ $99 driveway delivery fee for the Sunshine Coast + South Brisbane
❌ We do not deliver couches outside these areas.

Important Information

  • Missed Deliveries: If you are unavailable during the arranged delivery time for couches, re-delivery fees may apply.
  • Delivery Delays: While we aim to meet delivery timeframes, delays due to courier or external factors may occur.
  • Remote Areas: Some remote locations may experience longer delivery times for couch accessories.
