The Hartin Group is committed to providing quality couches and couch accessories. If you experience any issues, please review our returns policy below.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on couches or couch accessories. Please choose carefully before making a purchase.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:

  • Has a major defect or fault that significantly impacts its use.
  • Arrives damaged or is not as described.
  • Does not perform as expected.

A. Reporting a Faulty Product

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it:

Provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/videos of the fault or damage
  • A description of the issue

We will assess the claim and, if approved, offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the fault.

3. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers but will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues. If an item is lost in transit, we will work with our delivery partners to find a resolution.

4. Conditions for Returns

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging (if applicable).
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must not have been used, altered, or damaged (unless the issue is due to a manufacturing fault).

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect product, we will cover return shipping costs.
  • If a return is approved for a minor issue, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
  • For couches, returns may require a pickup fee depending on the location.

6. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty products.
