1. Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on couches or couch accessories. Please choose carefully before making a purchase.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:

  • Has a major defect or fault that significantly impacts its use.
  • Arrives damaged or is not as described.
  • Does not perform as expected.

A. Reporting a Faulty Product

$150 delivery fee for the Sunshine Coast
We do not ship couches outside these areas

  • Sunshine Coast: Delivery within 5 business days.

  • Couches are delivered to ground-floor locations only unless prior arrangements are made.
